Our story
A new chapter. The same welcome.
We’re bringing an Uzbek kitchen to Manassas. Baraka Grill marks a new direction for our restaurant, which many of you know as Mediterranean Oven. Same kitchen, same address, a new name rooted in blessing and abundance.
Our story is moving toward the flavors and hospitality of Uzbekistan: food to share, bread to pass, and time together around the table.
The spirit behind the name

A full table is only the beginning. It’s the conversation, the welcome, and the simple pleasure of sharing a meal.
On the menu you’ll find kabobs from the grill, manto and ashak, borani banjan, and gyros, alongside pizza, pide, and calzones from the oven. Everything is 100% halal.

In Uzbekistan the dasturxon is the spread laid out for guests, and there is always room for one more.
